Hive Summer Program Offerings
Wild Hive (Ages 8 - 14): Outdoor adventure camp on Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:00-4:00PM
Adventure time with outdoor survival skills including shelter building, plant identification, and various activities such as climbing, hiking, and more! The summer will be leading up to a one week camping and rafting expedition the week of August 7th to use the skills gained throughout the summer!
This 8 week session is $600 total for the Tuesday/Thursday activities.
Skate Lessons: Monday - Wednesday - Fridays (ages 4-19)
9:00 -11:00 AM at the Durango Skatepark (9-10 beginner, 10-11 intermediate)
4:00 - 5:00 PM at the Hive's indoor skatepark

CRE8 A SK8 (All Ages) - Monday from 1-3
Youth participants will design, cut and personalize their own skateboard that they get to take home with them! This program can last up to 4 weeks and you can join in at any point during the 8 week session.
This session is $30 to cover materials.
Grass Roots Gardening (All Ages) - Wednesdays from 1 - 3PM
This program is ongoing, but we will have a focused garden class at the Hive where we now have a community garden in the backyard! We will also be taking the Buzz Bus up to our community partners- the SOIL Project at Riverview Elementary to do various art and garden projects!
This class is $10 per day!
Fabric Fridays (All Ages) - Every Friday 1:00-3:00 PM
Learn how to sew, screen print and explore fabric arts!
